“Natalie has a gift, born of passion, to teach meditation. Silent mantra meditation was not something I knew a lot about but hearing about how it has served her, I became interested in learning more. During my training, Natalie shared her knowledge, shared evidence, techniques and provided training in a relaxed, comfortable, open way. She shared her knowledge and taught very effectively both orally and with the use of visual technology to aid and clarify information. She is a talented, passionate and warm meditation teacher. ”

Meditation is a gift. In fact, it’s the gift that keeps on giving! It offers healthy, effective ways to manage stress and improve sleep. It deepens the experience of joy, love and equanimity within your life. Meditation fosters a concentrated mind and improved focus. It cultivates more meaningful relationships in your life and a deeper connection to nature. Meditation offers the space for us to reconnect and experience the silence within.
This is the same silence that connects each and every one of us - Pure Consciousness.
“I really enjoyed The Meditation workshop with Lighthouse Meditation with Natalie. For me, my mantra, hearing it each day is a recall to the brain - it’s time to be still. If you have never meditated before or if you’ve tried it and haven’t been able to calm your mind enough to see a benefit, then this is the workshop for you. Natalie guides you through the inner workings of the mind, and with your “own” personal mantra you’re able to take your meditation practice to a whole new level. Take time out of your busy schedule and connect with someone very special — YOURSELF!”

After many years of struggling with anxiety and bouts of depression, I intuitively knew that the methods I was using to cope and get me through my difficult and dark times were not cutting it.
A seeker at heart, I had immersed myself in therapy, self-help books, yoga and energy work in the hopes of finding something that would bring me peace.
Many teachings and offerings I found were helpful, but I struggled to sustain them in my life. I heard about the value of meditation so I studied many different types and tried some out.
I just couldn’t stop the on-going cycle of thoughts, and when I tried to meditate - it’s as if the thoughts came at me with greater speed and intensity. It became an internal battle - I wanted to meditate; after all there are so many benefits.
I felt that I was atypical with the way my thoughts were developed and processed. I resolved I was someone who’s mind could not power-down, leading me to think and believe I was someone who just couldn’t meditate.
Years later I found a meditation teacher and was taught the ins & outs of meditating along with technique. Having a teacher who offered proper instruction, knowledge along with helpful tips really enabled me to meditate.
I meditated on & off for a few years, and what I noticed was the times I was more consistent with my meditation practice, I experienced fewer struggles with my mind, mood and anxiety.
It was then I decided to make a non-negotiable commitment to myself to do my full meditations twice a day every day. It was after consistent practice that I started to naturally feel plugged-in.
I had less off days and at a deeper level I felt connection and gratitude. I noticed little shifts in my life. I started to respond to situations as opposed to reacting. Some of my unaligned relationships seemed to drift away amicably. As well, I became aware that I wasn't suffering from insomnia anymore. I was falling asleep naturally, and this just organically happened. This was truly amazing for me, as I suffered with insomnia for over 25 years.
I felt more grounded than ever in my life and started connecting with my deep aspiration to teach meditation. I completed my Instructor Training of Meditation at The Chopra Center under the tutelage of Master Teachers, Vedic Scholars and Deepak Chopra.
Many of us are going through the motions; overworked, over stimulated and we have forgotten who we really are. It’s time for a shift. It’s time for us to come back home and live a life with fulfilment, joy and peace.
I invite you to join me on this journey. It is a true joy to be connected with you and it is my sincere sentiment to be of service, inspiration, guidance and light.
Love & Light
